Once this information is received CDS will: Contact you regarding this transaction Your CDS Agent will email or mail you all the neccessary forms for Buyer & Seller in order to get your transaction going. Your CDS Agent will explain the process for completing your transaction. Your agent will collect your transaction fee of $95 for basic service. Walk-in services are a premium service available at an additional cost. We accept all major credit cards.
